What happens after I have purchased a bike online?


Some items (bikes) can be sent directly to your door!

Prior to sending, we will give you a call and have a chat to ensure you’re okay with pulling the bike out of the box and fitting the final few items safely.

Safety of the rider assembling and using this bike is super important to us!

If we feel the need after a chat, we will arrange for the bike to be sent to a local bike store near you for the final items to be fitted. (most common items are fitting pedals, straighten & tighten handle bars and fitting front wheel which typically takes 5-10 mins total)

For bikes that can't be sent to your door,  we will call and have a chat and sort to have the bike built for you at the closest bikes mechanic so you can pick it up complete and built.
